Policies and Pricing

 

Studio Rental Fee: $375 first 2 hours / $100 each additional hour

 

Price above includes - Choice of Workshop: Canvas Paint-Along, Ceramic Painting, Fused Glass; Party leader; Full Private Studio; 25% off Workshop Materials*; Set-up and Clean-up

 

Party Partners - After the first 10 attendees, 1 additional staffer/5 attendees @ $25 for each Party Partner (Over 2 hours $10/hour) Tip at hosts discretion

 

Materials - Materials can be chosen from our regular shop inventory or special ordered ceramic pieces can be ordered 2 weeks in advance. Materials costs as low as $11.25-18.75 per attendee.

 

Food - Food can either be provided by hosts OR, for your convenience, PPL can provide: 2 Pizzas, cut in 16ths and soft drinks $35 or $50 for kosher.

Payment time-line:

• Deposit of $50 is required at time of reservation booking. Deposit is applied to Rental fee.

• 2 weeks prior to Event date: Studio Rental fee and all special order ceramic pieces must be paid in full .

• 1 week prior to Event date: Balance, (including Studio rental, all materials, party partners and food) is due .

 

Party Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• 1 Week Prior notice - Full Refund Studio Fee, Party Partners, Food orders, Inventory Materials / 35% refund for special order materials, 

• Less than 1 week to 24 hours prior notice - Refund of 50% of Studio Fee; Full refund for Inventory materials / 30% refund for special order materials, Party Partners and food orders.

• Less than 24 Hours notice - Refund of 50% of Studio Fee and Party Partners; 75% refund for inventory materials / 25% refund for special order materials. NO REFUND for food orders.

 

No additional discounts can be applied to Private Studio Rentals.

All Discounts (school, sale, coupon) can only be applied to Open Workshop Inventory sales.
